My Approach
My approach is competency based: through the process we reveal abilities, bundling them to competencies for the sake of creating behaviour patterns that enable successful action.
This approach is based on an ICF-(International Coaching Federation) certified training as well as training in psychological counselling.
I deeply trust that each individual has been endowed with all the abilities he or she needs in order to handle difficult situations.
In the coaching process this potential is brought to awareness in order to consciously develop behaviour patterns for the sake of achieving personal or professional goals.
It is the coachee who provides topics and sets objectives and goals. The coach's task is, to choose the most effective method and create a space for the coachee to unfold his or her potential.
I don't work with ONE model. From the great diversity of existing models we select and apply the most effective one.
We walk the way together and work on eye-level
